Product in stock
If the selected product is in stock in our European warehouse, it will be delivered to your home within 1 to 5 working days.
No stock or customization
If the selected product is not in stock in our European warehouse, this product will be ordered directly from the factory. The product will then be sent to you directly from the factory. This shipping process takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
With custom work, the selected product is always produced according to the options you have selected. This production process takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. The product will then be sent to you from the factory. This shipping process takes between 1 and 2 weeks. With custom work, the total delivery time is therefore between 3 and 4 weeks.
Carrier & costs
We use UPS and DHL as standard for sending the packages. In exceptional cases, we may use another carrier, or the carrier itself as a subcontractor. The shipping costs are included in the product price. You do not have to pay extra for this.
Due to the size and weight of the box, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver it to a parcel point. If it is a problem for you to receive the package, please contact us so that we can find a suitable solution together.
