Returning products
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item as you would in a store, unless stated otherwise. To ensure that your return is processed quickly, we request that you complete the return form in full. We will then contact you and you will receive instructions from us for the return shipment.
After registering your product for return, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. You can find these rates on the website of your carrier.
When returning your order, please ensure that it meets the following requirements:
- The product is complete with all supplied accessories.
- The product is – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and factory packaging.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
Please note! The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken:
- Sex toys such as vibrators, dildos, plugs, masturbators and others
- Dolls and torsos
- Strapon harnesses
- Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage products and creams
The above items can only be returned if the item appears to be defective. We request that you report a defect to Nikki’s Dolls as soon as possible after discovery. You can do this by using our return form.
In addition, items that are custom-made are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Orders for dolls that are not in stock and where you can make adjustments to the appearance yourself, such as body color, cannot be cancelled or changed. These models are custom made especially for you. Nikki’s Dolls is not responsible for incorrectly specified specifications. If you would like to see something changed and your order has not yet been completed, please contact us. We can then try to find a suitable solution.
Refunds
Applying the right of withdrawal does not cancel your possible payment obligation. You will have to pay within the set period. If a credit has been created by processing the return in our administration and you have paid for the order in advance with Ideal, we will refund this as soon as possible. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you paid us.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received and assessed the products.
